Training the body. Healing the mind. Becoming stronger every day.

Hi, I’m Pritish.

I wasn’t sure how to start this newsletter, so I’ll just start honestly.

For more than six years, I struggled with depression. Not the kind people easily notice but the quiet kind that slowly drains your energy, confidence, and direction. Some days felt heavy for no clear reason. Even small tasks felt bigger than they should have been.

I didn’t begin training because I was motivated or disciplined.

I started because I needed something, anything ,that could help me feel a little better.

At first, workouts were messy and inconsistent. Some days I showed up, some days I didn’t. But over time, I noticed small changes. My mood felt lighter after training. My thoughts felt clearer. I slept better. Slowly, exercise became less about fitness and more about survival.

The gym didn’t fix everything overnight. But it gave me structure when life felt chaotic. It gave me small wins when I needed them the most.

And those small wins started adding up.

This newsletter is where I’ll share that journey. Honestly, without pretending to have everything figured out.

You can expect:

  • real experiences, not perfection

  • how training helped my mental health

  • simple habits that made a difference

  • lessons I’m still learning every day

If you’re trying to rebuild yourself ,mentally, physically, or both maybe this space will help you too.

Thanks for being here at the beginning.
